Established Chinese Restaurant for sale in Southampton, Hampshire.
A large and attractive Chinese restaurant is for sale in Southampton, Hampshire. The business has been established for more than 40 years. I have owned this business for two years now. The restaurant is in a prime location on the high street near the town centre, with plentiful amenities. Also, significant retailers, supermarkets, and finance banks are all nearby, which helps generate enormous footfall towards the restaurant.
As there is no other Chinese restaurant in the area, we have little or no competition locally. All the fixtures and fittings are part of the sale. The leasehold price is on application, and the current turnover is £364,000, with an increasing turnover compared to last year.
