This well-established business has been in the area for over 10 years, and I have owned the business for three years now. It is in a prime location for a business of this type as we are situated in an estate with local businesses within a residential area providing good scope.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business for £85,000 or your nearest offer. The current annual turnover is available on request.
