About Nerfscape

Catering for Adults & Children, Nerfscape gives you the unique opportunity to duck and dive your way through our immersive inflatable battlefield whilst hiding and shooting your friends, family and co-workers with an array of Nerf Blasters and foam bullets.

Our open sessions last one hour and are fully marshalled by our trained Nerfscape team. 

In each session you'll find an amazing battlefield atmosphere created by a series of special effects using lighting, lasers, smoke machines, snow machines, music and sound effects.

Nerfscape is a fully moveable business & can cater across the UK.

Our trained Nerfscape staff split all players into two teams and lead the attendees on a number of exciting missions & games throughout the 1 hour session.
The games promote leadership, teamwork & communications skills.

How the business works  & how much money does Nerfscape make? 

Our main income is based on our full day open events where we deliver the event over a day broken into six age categories - each session last one hour. There is enough Nerfscape equipment & inflatables to run two parallel events at different locations (double the income)

Nerfscape is a highly popular activity for youngsters and adults with demand consistently increasing over the last 2 years.
Each venue is booked over 5 x 1 hour sessions throughout the day - from 10am until 5pm.
30 min break between each session
Each hour hosts up to 30 people, costing £10-£12 per hour per head.

All payments are made online through our secure booking/ticket platform and advertised using Facebook, Instagram and other
online channels (provided)
 

Example earning for 1 day event 10am-6pm: 

Total gross profit per day: £1800 based on £12 per person. 

Net profit: £1500 

I have been running the business when I have the time at weekends. It has proved extremely successful and each event has sold out. 

The new buyer with more time or staff employed will be able to hold regular events to turn over a very healthy profit
 

My aim for the business was to franchise the model but due to working full time and no business support/partner I cannot fulfil this. It would be great for this unique business to go to someone who could. I will include the franchise development

Typical Fees for an event? 
Nerfscape is a low cost, high net profit business. The benefit of the model created is having no major overhead costs due to utilising existing sports halls, sports fields, school halls, football pitches.

Each event requires certain fees to be covered. The following are approximate numbers from
publicly available venues from December 2022:
Venue costs: £150-£200 per day
Advertising costs targeted to your area:£50-100
Maintenance/Spares/Repairs: £10
