This is a unique business that rents out illusionary rides in which sixteen people – children and adults travel to see Santa. A gently moving carriage travels through moving scenes pulled by animated characters, whilst accompanied by a story and music to arrive at Santa’s dwelling. Riding in Santa’s Sleigh or Cinderella’s Coach or a choice of 20 other themes creates a lasting magical experience for young and old.
Each exclusive ride is rented out for a seven week period and creates a through put of visitors, that in department stores, shopping centres and garden centres varies from 10,000 to 20,000. The rental fee can be covered by making a small charge per parent and includes full seasonal usage, delivery, maintenance and removal for an all inclusive price of £5,000.
The actual ride takes up an area of circa 4 metres by 6 metres. The illusion of forward movement is gained by the backward motion of the scenery which, combined with the gentle rocking motion of the sixteen seater carriage makes the ride ideal for any age group without causing distress. The rides are approved nationally by fire officers as contributing to crowd control by restricting the numbers of visitors within the grotto area.
There are ten fully functional rides ( 21 variations of story to choose from) included in the sale of the business plus any future bookings placed within the system.
