The studio has several “Power Plate” machines, which were originally developed for Olympic athletes, and cosmonauts, which stimulate the body’s muscles for all over toning. The Narl pads used in the studio are positioned on the body against wherever fat needs to be removed, it is particularly effective on the tummy, thighs and buttocks.
The theme within the studio is for the use of modern equipment and technology to assist customers to attain and then maintain their ideal body tone.
