The Business: The current proprietor has been at the hotel for around 19 year and is now selling for retirement reasons. The hotel is currently ran on a low key basis. The rooms are let to visiting, workmen, businesses people and tourists, the dining room is not promoted greatly however good home cooked meals are available in both the dining room and the comfortable lounge bar, which generally attracts a more mature clientele, including some regulars.

Service Areas . The hotel has a well laid out kitchen which is well equipped with a good range of catering equipment and there is an extraction system over the main cooking area. There are also good cellar and store rooms.
Owners Accommodation.: The current proprietor lives out with the hotel. New owners will have to option of adapting part of the letting accommodation for private use, buying or renting accommodation or perhaps extending the property. At the rear is an existing sun lounge, in poor condition, which has in the past been used as an owners lounge and this will be an area to consider future development.

Outside. There is a car park for around 8 cars to the front of the house. To the rear is an extremely large garden, laid out mostly in lawn, with loads of shrubs and bordered by mature trees. There are 2 garden sheds.
