Here we have my current business, located in Washington, Tyne & Wear. The business has two partners, one being myself, and the other my girlfriend. We sadly have came to the decision that we have no option but to sell our little gold mine as a new baby will soon be on the way, as you can probably understand all of our time and devosion has to be on our new baby and the business would prove to much to handle if we tried to juggle both. You may be thinking that its just a florist and what could there be to handle, if you read on i will explain. The business is situated in the heart of Washington, Washington Village. Washington Village is the orignal Washington and has had people such as the actual President George Washington living there, which his house Washington Old Hall is still there, and Brian Ferry, one of the worlds most renound Rocks Stars to date. Just these two famous people alone attracts thousands of tourists every year into the village. The business is conveniently located next door to the local Fish & Chip Shop and also next to the local Newsagent so it never goes un-noticed. We are also apart of the "Flowers Direct" relay network in which Washington is in the middle of the relay areas Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and Durham. This works to our advantage as we get orders for all of these counties on a daily basis, were as if you were located in Sunderland you would only get orders for Sunderland. I have recently dispatched over 20'000 leaflets around Tyne & Wear, the sales return on these leaflets is phenominal. I am also in the middle of building a brand new website and this would be included in the sale. We are listed on over 20 different directory such as Yell, Yell. Com, Scoot, Access Place etc. . . From this we have had calls from New York, Australia and South Africa, all ordering flowers to be delivered to a friend or relative in Tyne & Wear. With the business having the Flowers Direct relay service people can send flowers to any country in the world and the shop still makes 30% of that sale, even though you havent done anything. With all of these marketing and promotional strategies in place the shop is in-indated with orders every day. We recently had to open the shop on Sundays just to cope with the amount of deliveries we had. . !!!!. . Now to the money side, the shop takes a cash in till amount of between £500 - £800 per week, and in credit and debit card transactions between £400 - £700 per week, the credit and debit card transactions are the only purchases that Mr Tax Man can see, the cash in till is up to you wether you bank it or stick it in your safe. I use the money off the credit and debit cards to pay all the bills and flower bills, the rest i keep for myself as wages (which i pay my tax on!!!). We have a credit account with Cindy Flowers of Holland, these guys are like Gods and will even put your flower order in your shop ready for you the next day (this is if you want to give them a spare key). I order all the flowers online through the Cindy Flowers Webshop, this site has thousands of different flowers and also sells florist supplies like cellophane and tools. The credit limit on this account is £5000.00. You could also go to the local flower market at Team Valley in Gateshead which is open 7 days a week. What you would be getting?

The rights to the rental lease on the shop
Everything to do with the shop such as telephone accounts, bank accounts, flower wholesaler accounts, florist sundries supplier accounts etc. The rent on the shop is £100 per week and this includes all of you utilities, council tax and waste disposal. Flower bills usually come to around £300 - £500 per week
Sundries around £50 per week
The shop makes an average profit of around £400 - £600 per week, if we have had a Wedding or Funeral booking in then the shop make's around £900 per week profit.
