We would support the buyers with any aspects of the business they need initially including passing on details of suppliers, advertisers and local knowledge. The sale price includes the website software (complete with customer database), shop fixtures and fittings plus goodwill. Stock is sold at value. Shop lease runs until Feb 2010 so any buyer would be renegotiating a new lease with the landlord, currently we pay £4800pa in rent and receive small business rates relief from the council.
