I am delighted to offer Stover Log Cabins and Shed Centre for sale although just completing its first year of trading in July it offers great potential and return. We began trading on a local industrial estate with success but it came to light at the end of our 6 month lease we had to work very hard to attract footfall. With this in mind I set out to find a new show site and when the new site was offered to us we excepted with haste. The initial lease is for three years with 30 months remaining at a reasonable rent and very pleasent landlords. Because of the nature of the products we sell it is unusual for repeat business but we do now enjoy recommendation from past customers. Products
