Well-established American diner for sale
The diner has been established for eight months in Leeds. It was previously a cafe that we converted into an American diner. It is within a shopping centre next door to Cross Gates train station with many pubs nearby.
There is no competition since there is no other American diner in the area. The sale is for the leasehold of the company at £30,000 or your nearest offer. The sale includes fixtures, fittings and stock.
The business makes a weekly turnover of £3,000. The reason behind the sale is that we have other business interests and it forces me to downsize. It is self-run by my family and me.
