All fixtures and fittings included make this a great opportunity for getting stuck straight into business. The rent is £20,000 VAT, there is a service charge of £950 a year which covers maintenance of fire alarms, and unlimited use of commercial bins outside.

There is also a car parking space which is £800 a year and allows the owner to use the bus lane 24/7without getting a charge. Business rates are non-applicable due to the rateable value of the property.
