Mediterranean cuisine leasehold takeaway for sale
The takeaway has been established for one year. It is in the East Riding of Yorkshire. We have regular returning customers and public transport links. There is no competition in the area that does this cuisine. The sale includes the fixtures and fittings. Stock will be sold separately.
I have been in this trade for 15 years and, I am looking to start a new business venture. The current opening hours are 4 pm - 10 pm from Sunday to Thursday. The timings from Friday to Saturday are 4 pm to 11 pm.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business - price on application. We have three employees and three delivery drivers. We have a social media presence. However, we are not partnered with food delivery platforms like JustEat as we receive orders directly on our website.
