We converted the local post office into a stunningly presented café in an affluent village. Our cafe is nestled in a row of multiple shops, based by Wirral grammar boys and girls school and brackenwood primary school. It is right next door to a coop supermarket. We spared no expense in the complete refurbishment. It includes all the electrics, LED lighting, plumbing, water and heating, ventilation system, and flooring.
The front of the house is stunning and easily seats up to 30. We have also added a customer toilet with disabled access. The large serving/counter area has everything you could ever need. We have a large spacious fully-fitted working kitchen with a large extraction/ventilation canopy and kitchen sink with a separate hand wash only sink.

We have a fully stocked kellies ice cream display freezer. It has nine different flavours, a double slush machine, waffle machine, milkshake blenders, and prep counters.
Unfortunately for us, we opened the cafe three weeks before the start of lockdown. During that time we just paid staff to run the cafe while we concentrated on our other businesses.
Since the end of 2021, the partnership dissolved and I'm now looking to sell it. I would love to see somebody take it on. There is a lot of scope to grow with an already existing and highly rated, popular cafe.
