Well-located takeaway business for sale
The business has been established for ten years. I have owned it for one year. The takeaway is in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. It is in a residential area. There is a lot of passing traffic on the road which brings a lot of footfall. There is no competition in the surrounding area.
The sale is for the leasehold of the business. Willing to lease at £75,000. The price includes all the fixtures and fittings, stock is sold separately.
The yearly turnover of the business is £1,50,000. The turnover has been increasing. There has been an increase in the weekly turnover from £5000 to £7000. The reason behind the sale is that the establishment is too far for me to travel. It is becoming hard to manage.
The current opening hours are four pm to 11 pm. There are enforced hours. However, the new owner can open for longer hours. At the moment we have a staff of five employees. We have partnered with several food platforms like Just Eat, Uber Eats, and Deliveroo.
