Trading hours are, 9.00am to 5.00pm monday to saturday,
The shop is part of a busy high street, in the kingdom of fife,
all fixture and fittings included,
I opened up the back shop and sell fruit and veg, the shop originally was a fruit and veg shop, before i moved into it. The front of the shop is the florist,i also sell cards and gifts, we do very well with wedding work and funerals, i have a good relay service and have been established for five years, but ill health is forcing me to sell up. I am looking for an offer around seventeen thousand pounds for the lease and goodwill for a quick sale. |
