Stained and Fused Glass workshop and contents for sale: £25,000
1. Steel workshop, 12’ x 24’ fully lined, insulated, electric wiring in place for lights and power.
2. Fuse board, sockets, switches, lights ready to be connected up. Only requires power source, from dwelling or separately as preferred.
3. Kilncare fusing kiln FK9 (These can be viewed on www.Kilncare.co.uk) with Bentrup controller
4. Kilncare Fusing Kiln FK3 with Bentrup controller, a better quality than that supplied by Kilncare.
5. Compressor, with twin attachments, airbrush.
6. Specialised and unique equipment for drawing on glass with enamels. Will also flood colour smoothly onto glass if required. 2 machines and quantity of associated equipment.
7. Large quantity of enamels and various media.
8. Roller mill for grinding and mixing colours
9. Miscellaneous sets of leading tools.

The workshop is already sub divided into a clean work area and a kiln room. It could be subdivided again very easily to provide an area for leaded work. This would still allow 1-3 people to work comfortably at the same time, making this an investment that would be well worth while.
