It exploits an open area of the ringtone industry, that has not yet been explored. 'Revtones' are ringtones of the engines of performance and supercars, that will appeal predominantly to a male market on an international scale.
However, I am selling the company due to personal reasons. I have always wanted to be an airline pilot, and I have only recently been offered a source of finance to fund the training. I have decided to go for it, and obviously the training and ensuing career will be full time commitments, which would leave me with no time to run this company 'on the side'.
I feel almost parental about Revtones; I have single-handedly formed the company from one of a dream, to one of substance and great potential. To see all of this time and effort go to waste is certainly not an option for me, and so I have begun to seek alternative ways of allowing the company to operate and thrive, even if it means I'm not to be part of the project any longer.
One consideration of mine is to sell the company on to somebody who will have the drive to see the company succeed.
Sadly, due to the hefty time consuming nature of pilot training, I will definitely be unable to contribute effectively or often enough to be of any possible benefit to Revtones, and I would only hinder any constructive progress as a result. I have decided, therefore, to sell the entire company, because I really do want to se it succeed.
Based upon my current financial and time investments in the business, the future international earning potential and current company assets, I have decided a selling price of £10000.
As explored and stated in the Revtones business plan, the company has the potential to turnover £750,000 in the first three years of trading, based on international sales and an exponential growth of profit following the first trading year. I will state now that I have no desire to retain a percentage shareholding in the company in order to take a cut of the profits; I am only interested in the sale of Revtones as a whole company right now, so that I can concentrate on my training and nothing else. I would just like to sell the company to someone with the drive to make the company succeed.
The sale of "Revtones" as an entire company will include everything the company owns: all physical assets; website domain rights; intellectual property rights; and all electronic files including ringtones and company documents…etc, everything. Upon the successful sale and receipt of the company, all retained copies of documents and files will be destroyed in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1988.

The company has not yet bugun trading due to its young age, but the websites are active and interest is being accumulated. Business accounts have also been set up and are active.
