The business was founded 26 years ago by our client who set out to grow worms for composting; during this trial work she discovered a particular worm, which was almost identical to the common brandling or tiger worm.
A species called Dendrobena Veneta. After much research it was found this worm was being bred as fishing bait albeit in a small way, our client decided this was a worm that could be beneficial to markets such as fishing bait and composting.
