Our client commenced trading in 1999 and since this date has run the whole operation from the production of the films, DVD coverwork, sales to private and trade customers, an internet site and the distribution aspect of the business. Our client is now looking to dispose of the distribution aspect of the business only to allow his company to expand and further increase the number of films produced each year.
