Stadium
'Barry Town play at Jenner Park, arguably the 4th best stadium in Welsh football after Swansea City, Cardiff City and Wrexham's and is as good as some English League Clubs stadiums'
The ground has a capacity for 3,000 seated fans. The pitch and athletics track are owned by the local authority and the club pay per game for the use of the facilities
Facilities: Licensed bar serving hot and cold drinks and snacks

Club Bar

Barry Town has a huge Clubhouse that has a wonderful view overlooking the pitch at Jenner Park. The capacity for up to 500 people is split between the two parts of the Clubhouse. The club house is subject to a twenty five year lease with twelve years to run. The annual cost of the lease is £4700.00 with rates being an additional £500:00 per month. Considerable time effort and money has been invested in the refurbishment of a large percentage of the club house and this remains an ongoing project.

The Club Bar – Currently divided into a bar and a lounge, refurbishment has won the Club 2nd place in United Kingdom Club of the Year Awards 2007 (Internal Refurbishment). Catering has not been available in recent years and this facility is just about to be added giving a good additional revenue stream. It is anticipated that food sales will add up to 40% of turnover so a huge increase in income is expected. The bar enjoys a “free house” status and is increasingly popular as a local pub as well as a clubhouse

The Jenner Function Room – This large room has seated capacity for 150 diners and is extremely popular for functions. The Jenner Room is generally free to hire and can be booked with a returnable deposit for weddings, anniversaries, birthday parties, christenings and other special events. With the correct marketing budget the room would become a popular venue for corporate entertaining.

The Skittle Alley – This downstairs skittle alley is used by skittles teams for most weekday evenings but is otherwise available for free hire with a returnable deposit for family, friends or works special events – a skittle evening is always guaranteed a good time out!
Pool Table – 1 team currently, every other Sunday, looking for 2nd team
Darts – 2 teams, one plays home every Friday
Quiz machine, £250 prize bandits (over 18 only) and Jukebox

Supporters Club

This is free to join and welcomes new members and those wishing to participate in organising support for Barry Town. Members currently assist in producing and selling Flame, Barry Town’s matchday magazine programme, operating the turnstiles, raising finance and generally helping out around the Club!

Youth Teams

There are 5 youth teams. 2 at under 16, 1 under 13, 1 under 11, 1 under 8. We have 2 ‘Academy’ teams – 1 under 16, 1 under 13 – whose players are drawn from any club in the county. (Technically, ‘Academy’ status is only achieved once Barry Town are in the Welsh Premiership.)

The coaches are made up of 2 UEFA ‘A’ Licences, 2 UEFA ‘B’ Licences and Leaders. There are a programme of coach development and expect all coaches to progress to at least UEFA ‘B’ Licence - Academy coaches should progress to UEFA ‘A’ Licences.

There are many grants available for youth development. Up to £25,000 per annum can be claimed under Sports Match Funding from the Welsh Sports Council. Whatever amount a company gives in sponsorship, the Council will match it. The club is currently applying for over £5,000 for youth teams which can be used for kit, balls, other equipment and coaches qualification courses. Clubs are accredited at different levels – Bronze, Silver and Gold – which provides further funding.

Financial Information

All financial information will be made available under the auspices of Turner Butler. The takings presently average circa £4500 per week.
