| BUSINESS DETAILS: | Mercury Associates are Property Consultants and not Estate Agents therefore we charge our clients a "finders fee" for sourcing their Development Land, Development Buildings, Hotels, Leisure sites........ in fact anything the client is looking for.
The fee charged is usually 2% of the final sale value of the land or property value and regional agents will receive 50% of the total fee charged.
On an example sale of a Hotel at £1.5 million, this will equate to £15,000.
We offer an inclusive area of operation within the UK, dedicated telephone and fax line (0871) numbers, dedicated email address, PO Box, Use of Web Site, Colour Fax Machine plus........
Existing business enquiries which will generate a minimum of £10,000 within the first year (on completion).
ALL invoicing is done via Head Office.
ALL leads falling in your area are passed directly to you.
YOU will receive a commission for ALL sales in your area.
YOU generate leads in YOUR area by emailing Estate Agents in your area and finding "off market" development sites.
MINIMUM 10 hours per week - MAXIMUM 30 hours per week.

This is not a "get rich quick" scheme. YOU have to develop your own area over time to acheive a full time income BUT we have too many leads to move this business forward.
You MUST have a background in sales, admin or similar, be of smart appearence, have your own late reg vehicle and £3000.00 (plus vat) for the area for a period of five years.
No turnover fees are payable!
No advertising fees are payable!
No commission fees are payable!
£120 per year (approx) PO Box fees payable for four years (after first year).
