About the business. . . . . . The business was set up just over a year ago and has been a runaway success. I have been in catering all my life and do not want to be tied to it for the rest, so i am selling up. I am currently working a four day week as i recently cut down due to bereavement. The market would really require five days minimum. Daily earnings are around the £150/ day average. Profit 70%. The business is very easy to run, being run from home currently. Customers e-mail their orders the day before, or order on site. Sandwiches are delivered the following day. There are a number of account customers (international names) though most pay cash every day. Sandwich recipes are varied from the usual to the unusual, and have excellent feedback. Customers can also make their own special orders within reason. Future Expansion is a must. Demand is very high, and i have different areas absolutely begging me to supply them. The turnover can easily be multiplied numerous times with extra input. As previously stated, i do not really want to stay in catering and am looking at other ventures, otherwise i would let the business run.
